Allamakee County Driftless Visitor Center
This 3-story 12,000 sq. ft. wood framed structure sits south of Lansing, IA along the Great River Road. The exterior consists of an architectural standing seam roof, cement board smart siding, Weber Random Stone, and Pella windows. There are two composite decks that total 1,700 sq. ft. The interior finish features drywall, Weber Random Stone, western red cedar, and red oak trim. This building serves as a visitor center and museum. It also houses the Allamakee County Conservation offices. (click on image for video)
Port Authority
Albert Lea, MN
At 75,040 sq. ft. this is the largest Varco Pruden Steel Building we have erected. The exterior of this building features panel-rib side steel, standing-seam metal roof, and commercial gutter. The interior walls are a simple saver fabric and the ceiling is metal liner-panel. The walls have an R-value of 35 and the ceiling R-value is 46. The building will be utilized for product storage and features a loading dock. (click on image for video)
Floyd County Transportation Center
This project included three buildings for the Charles City School District. Two of the buildings are 4,966 sq. ft. EPS engineered post framed buildings with metal sidewall and roof panels. These buildings provide storage for fourteen of the districts busses. The third building is a Varco Pruden Pre-engineered Steel Building. This building features a concrete foundation with six inch concrete floor, V-rib sidewall panels, and a standing seam roof system. It has a wash bay, vehicle service bay, and storage for district vans and cars. It also houses the transportation offices. (click on image for video)
Asmus Farm Supply
Rake, Iowa
For this project we erected a 20,000 Sq. Ft. Varco Pruden Steel Building. It features a standing-seam roof panel and a 4” sandwich panel from Metl-Span for the sidewalls. The ceiling has an R-value of 46 and the sidewalls are an R-34. It has a dedicated wash-bay, maintenance area, and offices.
Hovden Oil
Ridgeway, Iowa
This is a 6000 sq. ft. Varco Pruden pre-engineered steel building. It features a single slope panel-rib roof and v-rib wall sheeting. The interior is completely finished with liner-panel. It is utilized for the washing and storing of the company trucks. (click on image for video)
