This projectis a 10,944 sq. ft. Varco Pruden pre-engineered steel building. Construction included demolition of an existing pool building. The addition features an open exercise area, strength training, batting cages, sprint lanes, and restrooms. It is located at 531 Prospect Street in Jesup, Iowa. (click on image for video)
This 10,300 sq. ft. Varco Pruden Building is located at the Floyd County Fairgrounds just outside Charles City, IA. The building features a concrete foundation, in-floor heat, v-rib sidewall steel, slr-2 standing seam roof, and a full length clerestory with thirty windows to let in plenty of natural light. Interior rooms were framed with metal stud and drywall. There is a large exhibit area, kitchen with pantry, restrooms, office, and various storage rooms. The new structure will provide Charles City with a modern exhibit hall for fair week and a year around rental facility for wedding receptions, reunions, and many other activities.
