Cresco Building Service is looking for a Drafter/ Field Staff Support to join our team! This position would help in all areas of our construction projects with an emphasis on preliminary computer drafting programs and other programs such as Excel spreadsheets and/or Word documents. The ideal applicant would have previous commercial construction experience and be attracted to a self-directed environment where responsiveness and customer service are highly valued.
This is a position that includes a variety of responsibilities.
• Ability to work as a team but also on your own
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to interpret technical documents such as blueprints and shop drawings
• Ability to communicate with our field staff and customers
• May be asked to work at project sites to gain a better understanding of what we do
• A desire to learn something new everyday
• Average of 45 hours per week

Rate of pay /salary is negotiable and will be dependent on experience
